All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property
All content created for clients as part of our services is owned by the client upon full payment. This includes but is not limited to graphics, copy, advertising materials, and marketing strategies developed specifically for your campaign. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work for portfolio purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.
Service Availability
Our services are available worldwide; however, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency and advertising in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline service to any regions where our activities may violate applicable laws.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients are responsible for:

Termination
